Is Reunion for iPad compatible with iOS 4.2.1?
Yes, the latest version of Reunion for iPad (1.0.2) is compatible with Apple's new iOS 4.2.1
However, iOS 4.2.1 introduced a change that caused a problem with adding pictures in older versions of Reunion for iPad (1.0.0 and 1.0.1). This issue has been addressed in Reunion for iPad version 1.0.2, which is available as a free update from the App Store.
There are two points to understand...
- If you upgrade to iOS 4.2.1, do not add pictures using Reunion for iPad until you get the free 1.0.2 update of Reunion for iPad.
- If you have used Reunion for iPad (version 1.0.0 or 1.0.1) to add photos to your family file on the iPad via browsing the iPad's Photo Library, then you should Sync those changes back to the family file on the Macintosh, before upgrading to iOS 4.2.1
