Mac Screen Sharing


We do not have phone support. However, we would be happy to help you with Reunion via Mac Screen Sharing.

Mac Screen Sharing will allow us to see your screen, move your mouse and speak with you one on one. Screen sharing sessions are limited to 15 minutes.

A word of caution: Whether you're doing a screen share with us or anyone else, NEVER give out passwords, confirmation codes, account numbers or any personal information to the person on the other end. We will never ask for that kind of information and no one else should ever ask you for it. We will ask for your Apple ID to initiate screen sharing, we do not need your password.

Follow the steps below to prepare to do a screen sharing session with us.


First, make sure you know your Apple ID and that your Apple ID is signed in on your Mac. You will need to provide us with your Apple ID shortly. Your Apple ID is most likely your email address.

If you do not know to your Apple ID or if you do not know if you are signed in, click the link below, select the version of macOS that applies to you and follow the steps.

Then, make sure Mac screen sharing is turned ON. To do this, click the link below, select the version of macOS that applies to you and follow the steps under 'Turn on screen sharing on your Mac.'

Once you have ensured that Mac screen sharing is turned on, click the 'Live Chat with Us' button below and let us know your Apple ID and we will initiate screen sharing. If live chat is not available, please check back later.
