When installing an update, I receive a message stating I do not have sufficient privileges.

This is usually the result of permissions issue. Please do the following:

1. Completely quit Reunion 9.
   
   To do this, open Reunion 9 and select Reunion -> Quit Reunion from the main menu-bar at the top of the computer screen.
   
2. Try installing the update again. If you still receive the same error, continue with these instructions.
3. In the Finder, choose Go -> Applications.
4. Drag and drop the Reunion 9 icon from Applications into your Trash.
   
   NOTE: This will not delete your data.
5. Proceed with the update as outlined here.
   
   NOTE: You will not see the warning shown in step 5 of the update instructions (asking if you want to replace the existing file).
